Complete transparency on how we earn — in full compliance with SEBI and AMFI guidelines requiring commission disclosure at point of sale and on distributor websites.

How Commission Works

When you invest in a Regular Plan mutual fund through Miraya Finmart Private Limited, the AMC pays us a trail commission. This is already included in the scheme's Total Expense Ratio (TER) and does not increase your out-of-pocket investment cost.

Direct Plan Disclosure: Direct Plans have lower expense ratios as they do not include distributor commission. You may choose to invest in Direct Plans directly through AMC portals.
